Montgomery County Health Department offers lab draw services Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 4:30. A valid order from your physician is required for lab tests to be drawn. You may bring in your physician order or have their office fax it to us. Our fax number is 573-564-5059. It is best to make an appointment for these services, but we will accommodate walk-ins as we can.

We have two options for payment on lab tests:  we can submit your lab work to your insurance for payment, OR if you are uninsured/under insured/have high deductible, we have a self-pay option for lab work. This program offers dramatically reduced prices for lab tests. You may contact us for information on rates for specific lab test.

There is a $7.50 charge for our time and supplies on all lab draws. Call us for an appointment:  573-564-2495.
